Notification of Infringement

SnapFBVideo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following process for reporting alleged copyright infringement on our platform.

IMPORTANT: SnapFBVideo is a technical tool that works with external URLs. We do not present third-party videos as site-owned content, and we do not claim ownership over media processed through the downloader routes.

Because the source media remains on the original platform, we cannot remove a video from the internet itself. If you are trying to remove content at the source, you should also contact the platform where the media is hosted.

DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe your copyrighted work is being accessed through our tool in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the specific URL processed through our tool that is claimed to be infringing.
  • Your full contact information (address, phone number, and email address).
  • A statement of 'good faith belief' that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
